Have you been sewing along to the RBD Block Challenge this year? After a few years of watching all the beautiful blocks and finished quilts from the challenge, I decided it was time to sew a long!
I am using Spring Gardens by My Mind's Eye for my blocks. I love the bright florals, dots and ginghams. It almost has a retro-ish feel..

Anyways... back to the blocks.
Block one is Vintage Delight and designed by Lori Holt. This was such a fun block to piece!

Block 2 is Sparkle and Shine designed by Beverly McCullough. This block was another fun block to make. I think if I were to make the block again I would have used two different green prints. I'm going to wait until all of the blocks are done and see the layout of the quilt before I decide if I want to make another one.
